Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Publifia’s core web application and platform features
- Integrate OpenAI models and implement AI-driven workflows across the product
- Manage backend systems including authentication, databases, and deployment infrastructure
- Ensure the platform remains fast, stable, and scalable as usage grows
- Lead technical architecture decisions and establish development standards
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern web development frameworks
- Experience working with Python for backend logic, automation, or AI integrations
- Ability to independently build and ship full-stack features from concept to deployment
- Solid understanding of API integrations, authentication systems, and scalable architecture
- Self-driven builder comfortable working in an early-stage, high-ownership startup environment
Key Responsibilities
- Create Publifia’s visual identity, product branding, and overall design language
- Design user flows, interfaces, and prototypes for web and upcoming features
- Ensure every interaction feels intuitive, clean, and polished
- Produce responsive designs for desktop and mobile experiences
- Establish and maintain a scalable design system as the product grows
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX, product interfaces, and visual clarity
- Expert-level experience in Figma and modern design workflows
- Ability to simplify complex features into clean, user-friendly interfaces
- Understanding of interaction design, accessibility, and usability principles
- Comfortable collaborating directly with engineering to bring designs to life
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Publifia’s user growth from early adopters to mass adoption
- Create and execute content across TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube Shorts
- Build acquisition funnels and optimize conversions from awareness → activation
- Develop brand voice, messaging, and external communications
- Work with the founder to plan product launches and community outreach
Requirements
- Proven ability to create engaging content that grows audiences
- Strong understanding of social trends, algorithms, and creator ecosystems
- Experience running growth experiments and analyzing performance metrics
- Clear communication skills and ability to turn insights into strategy
- Creative mindset with a bias toward action and fast iteration
